Staff were super. Room clean and well appointed. Pool area very nice. Breakfast had a lot of options and tasty. Didn't use the conference facilities but they looked well put together. Only reason for the 4 star is this place is crying out for a cocktail/wine by the glass lounge as there is nothing like that nearby. The neighborhood has a lot of local Thai food options- the night market is food overload!!

Room 315 aircon not working in spite of Freon being inputted. We spill some coffee on a hand towel and front desk staff charges 100 baht a dirty hand towel

Absolutely perfect. We went on NYE and unfortunately had a bad experience with dinner in the restaurant. Nothing on the menu and 50 mins for one dish followed by an hour until the next! Restaurant was empty but put it down to it being NYE. Staff were still great though!

Location is good if you have to go to the airport. The bed is very comfy compared to other hotel same price. Has staff help you carry your stuff. I love this place will be back for sure if I have business in this area.

Great buffet breakfasts with good service and helpful staff. Adjacent convention centre, ample parking with attendants, in-house restaurant and food available delivered up to the rooms, well serviced.

Do not EVER stay here by far they worst hotel and customer service I have ever received in ALL of Thailand, this dump is rated as four stars I would barely give this one star, upon arrival there was hair all over the bathroom bird feathers in my room internet doesn’t work AC is barely cold this is hands down they worst hotel I have ever stayed in
